 Notification: Morse Code Test 2009-2 13 August 2009 The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (SKMM) will be holding the second Morse Code Test for the year 2009, pursuant to Regulation 26(2) of the Communications and Multimedia (Technical Standards) Regulations 2000. The test will be conducted at SKMM’s Head Office in Cyberjaya, Selangor.
